
How to Run a FASTER Marathon
It seems crazy to trim almost 9 minutes off a marathon time which equates to about 20 seconds per mile. It’s only 3 days later and I’m sort of still basking in the glow and pain of running a 3:51:16 marathon. Wow is all I can say about it.
